  • 3-5 working days delivery

Express Delivery

  • 1-2 working days delivery
  • Order before 2pm for next working day delivery

Next Day Delivery

  • £9.95
  • Order before 2pm for next working day delivery
  • Available for most UK mainland addresses

Click & Collect

  • FREE
  • Ready to collect in 2 hours during store opening hours
  • Available at most participating stores

Delivery Information

All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

We deliver to most UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, although delivery times may be longer to these areas. We currently do not deliver outside the UK.

Important Information

  • All times are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day
  • You will need to sign for your delivery
  • Please check your items upon delivery

Click & Collect Service

Our Click & Collect service allows you to buy online and collect from your chosen store. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form on our website. Please have your order number ready and include photos of any damaged items.
